If something is no big deal, it’s not important. You can also say ’no biggie’ for short. Don’t worry about being late. It’s no big deal.
If something is a done deal, it means a plan or agreement is finalised and won’t change. After the final interview went well, she knew the job was a done deal.
A deal breaker is something that makes you not continue with an agreement or relationship. A lack of honesty is a deal breaker for him.
And lastly, a great deal of something is another way of saying a lot of something. It’s typically used with uncountable nouns. He spends a great deal of time lying on the sofa watching TV.

- A great deal of is used with uncountable nouns (time, money, effort) — not countable ones. Use “a great many” for plural countable nouns instead.
- The opposite scale runs from very informal (“no big deal”) to fairly formal, literary usage (“a great deal”).
